At this special time, sponsor a Chosson & Kallah in Israel and merit the zechus of helping to build the future of Klal Yisroel.

Sponsor a Chosson & Kallah in Israel: Turn their Chasunah into a Time of Joy

The time of engagement should be the happiest time in a Kallah’s life. Yet the lack of resources to pay for basic wedding expenses can turn a dream into a nightmare.

The Hachnosas Kallah Fund of Rebbe Meir Baal Haness was established to ease the financial burden of poor brides in Eretz Yisroel waiting to get married. By providing financial support to cover the basic wedding costs, you can enable another couple to begin a new chapter of Klal Yisrael’s eternal story.

It’s a zechus that reverberates for decades, both in the life of the young chosson and kallah whose wedding you sponsor, and in the merit that ripples back to you and your chosson as well, as you stand on the threshold of building a future together Bezras Hashem.

how it works:

The Adopt-a-Wedding Initiative

1 Donate

Kallahs generously undertake to adopt a wedding for a couple in need, selecting a date close to their own wedding for added significance. (Some singles also support a wedding as merit for their personal yeshuah.)

When feasible, both the chosson and kallah are encouraged to donate $3,000 towards the wedding expenses. This $6,000 sponsorship provides full funding for an Israeli couple who lack the resources to pay for their own celebration.

2 Delight

The Rebbe Meir Baal Haness Hachnosas Kallah Fund arranges weddings for poor couples in a dedicated hall in Bnei Brak.
This hall, once warehouse space, was donated and beautifully renovated to serve this purpose. Suppliers contribute by donating wine and other essentials, keeping expenses to a minimum.

This arrangement enables us to arrange simple yet dignified weddings at minimal cost for couples who otherwise couldn’t afford it.

3 Dividends

As a chosson and kallah stand on the threshold of building their own future, this generous act of helping another couple in need will surely serve as a significant merit. Hashem promises that when we bring happiness to His children, He will bring us happiness. For those who adopt a wedding and support those in need in Israel, Hashem showers them with blessings in return.

May you always be in a position
to help others!

A glimpse behind the scenes:

Recent Requests to The Hachnosas Kallah Fund of Rebbe Meir Baal Hanes Charities

I am recently engaged and though I know this should be the biggest joy I am sitting here crying in distress.

My father’s business has been dwindling for some time but has now collapsed completely due to his ill health. There is no money at home and I can’t even think of any wedding preparations. We don’t have the heating on at home because we can’t afford it, how will I get married?!

I’m sure you face many such requests and it pains me to think there are others kallah’s who have to suffer this way. It is so embarrassing. People are asking me about my preparations, my shopping, my wigs, etc and I am faced with mortification each time anew. I can’t do this anymore, it’s far too painful and some days I just want to break the engagement because I don’t see a way to make it to marriage.

I am the last person ever to reach out for help, but I’ve had to overcome everything my heart was feeling to come forward and request the help and funds I so so badly need.

Is there any way you can help me? I would be grateful for your response.

With thanks,
A Kallah in desperate need

Originally from Moscow, Russia, I am a kallah awaiting for the chance to get married in Israel to my fiancee who is a yeshivah bochur (I am currently a seminary student in Israel).

We are both gerim, having undergone a giyrus without our families supporting our choice to live a life on the path of Torah and mitzvos. And our biggest dream and priority is to build a Jewish family על פי התורה הקדושה. Any help to make our chasuna happen in Eretz Yisroel will be highly appreciated.

שלום וברכה

We are marrying off the second daughter in our family, and the expenses are very large.
And we are still paying the expenses of the first wedding.

We wanted to know if you have the possibility of helping pay for the wedding

Dear Kallah,

What could be more meritorious than aiding to build a Binyan Adei Ad for a couple in Israel, alongside yours? Can you imagine the power of bringing Rebbe Meir Baal Hanes’s promise to his supporters into your marriage?

Do you have a special date in mind? Ask us about it.

You may be able to sponsor a wedding around the same date as your own, serving as a special segulah.

SEND THEM THE ULTIMATE WEDDING GIFT

The pain is immense when a chosson or kallah lacks funds, turning every expense into a crisis. Without money for basic housewares, the kallah must still set up a home. The chosson struggles to cover wedding expenses. These challenges are magnified when they are orphans or their families face illness, unemployment, or other difficulties, making the upcoming wedding overwhelming.

You can turn this couple’s life around by sending them a wedding gift like one you’ve never given before – the joy of a beautiful wedding, free of financial pressure.

By supporting the Rebbe Meir Baal Haness Hachnosas Kallah Fund, you join our askanim in establishing a new Jewish home—a mitzvah so profound that its merits are enjoyed in this world and the World to Come.

Please join us by sponsoring an entire wedding or part of a wedding package.
